StageArts DRAMA.
The stage is our playground; with limitless boundaries. Here in Stage Arts Drama, we believe in cultivating and honing the skills of our actors to make them the best that they can be on the stage. We believe that… "Acting is not being emotional, but being able to fully express emotion." - Kate Reid In SA Drama, we use the six elements of drama to prepare our actors for the stage. The six elements are: Blocking, Voice Projection, Eye Contact, Characterization, Creativity, and Improvisation. Each element is equally important and is instilled in all of our members through games, exercises and assessments. Drama would not only be thought by the students themselves, but once in a while, external instructors would be invited in to give our members more exposure to what it means to act on stage. Our members are a fun, creative and talented bunch with a passion for acting, writing and directing. Many came in without experience, but would leave with a rich amount of understanding of acting and the theatre.

Just some IMPT Updates!! Cmp is on the 17th and 18th. Next week WEDNESDAY is Camp breifing! 6pm outside clubroom. Its compulsory and very very impt. Those who have collected the indemnity forms today pls return them SIGNED by this friday. Those who havent collected it pls text me and meet me at the clubroom tomorrow (thursday 8th july). There will be a play on the 25th of July. Yippeee a PLAY! It is on a sunday. Its at 3pm. At the Woodlands Community Club Theatrette. Please keep your 25th free for the play and inform us to get the tickets for you! Also yr1s and yr2 will have to keep this tuesday free for Flashmob practice on from 6-9pm. Yr3s if you are free and able to make it. Pls also try to make it :)
