StageArts DRAMA.
The stage is our playground; with limitless boundaries. Here in Stage Arts Drama, we believe in cultivating and honing the skills of our actors to make them the best that they can be on the stage. We believe that… "Acting is not being emotional, but being able to fully express emotion." - Kate Reid In SA Drama, we use the six elements of drama to prepare our actors for the stage. The six elements are: Blocking, Voice Projection, Eye Contact, Characterization, Creativity, and Improvisation. Each element is equally important and is instilled in all of our members through games, exercises and assessments. Drama would not only be thought by the students themselves, but once in a while, external instructors would be invited in to give our members more exposure to what it means to act on stage. Our members are a fun, creative and talented bunch with a passion for acting, writing and directing. Many came in without experience, but would leave with a rich amount of understanding of acting and the theatre.

Hey Guys! Ok so this Saturday, drama session is a must come. Why? Cos it's your last drama session with both Me and Ilham. Yeap. Last drama session with us. Most of you are probably very happy about that. haha. So yes, this Saturday, we'll be doing something a little bit different for drama. So if you don't come, then you'll be missing out on all the action! So please come punctually for drama this Saturday. Those who tend to come late, come earlier. It's not fair for those who always come early and have to wait for you guys. For my year 2s who haven't conducted any drama sessions, good news for you, you won't have to conduct anymore. Instead, i need you guys to come half an hour earlier at 10.30 am. SHARP. If you're unable to come, please inform either me or Ilham. It's compulsory to come down unless you have a valid reason. ALUMNI NIGHT DETAILS: Some of you were asking me about it so here's some brief details about the event. Neela would further explain this Saturday. When: 11th december, Friday Where: Dome Time: From 6 onwards til late. Some of you would be given excuse letters so that you guys can help out in the decorations and stuff. Theme: Retro What is the event about: We're handing over to the year 2s!!! The year ones and twos would have a play of your own. You guys would just have to wait and see what we year 3s are gonna do. NOTE: Angel and Azizzi, you have yet to come back to me with your alumni night synopsis and people involved. Year 2s please make sure that your alumni night play preparation is on the right track. T-SHIRTS! yeap, tshirt design would be put up by Ilham later. We're trying to get all printed by alumni night. So please cooperate and reply to Ilham's messages when he asks you too. haha.
