StageArts DRAMA.
The stage is our playground; with limitless boundaries. Here in Stage Arts Drama, we believe in cultivating and honing the skills of our actors to make them the best that they can be on the stage. We believe that… "Acting is not being emotional, but being able to fully express emotion." - Kate Reid In SA Drama, we use the six elements of drama to prepare our actors for the stage. The six elements are: Blocking, Voice Projection, Eye Contact, Characterization, Creativity, and Improvisation. Each element is equally important and is instilled in all of our members through games, exercises and assessments. Drama would not only be thought by the students themselves, but once in a while, external instructors would be invited in to give our members more exposure to what it means to act on stage. Our members are a fun, creative and talented bunch with a passion for acting, writing and directing. Many came in without experience, but would leave with a rich amount of understanding of acting and the theatre.

HEY GUYS AND GALS! How was the first 2 days of school? Horrigible? Greaaaat? Anywhooo.... Just a reminder! Drama is resuming! Major announcements happening this saturday... which includes upcoming performances, auditions and for my year 2s, THE INTERVIEW (JENG JENG JENG!!!). yea. Details about THE INTERVIEW would be released this Saturday. So year 2s... this Saturday i need you guys to report at 10.30 am at blk e level 3. Year 1s please report at 11am SHARP. Please don't be late on the FIRST drama session after production. =) If you're unable to make it this saturday, please inform me or Ilham. =) Hope to see you guys soon! Kaye Dallane
