StageArts DRAMA.
The stage is our playground; with limitless boundaries. Here in Stage Arts Drama, we believe in cultivating and honing the skills of our actors to make them the best that they can be on the stage. We believe that… "Acting is not being emotional, but being able to fully express emotion." - Kate Reid In SA Drama, we use the six elements of drama to prepare our actors for the stage. The six elements are: Blocking, Voice Projection, Eye Contact, Characterization, Creativity, and Improvisation. Each element is equally important and is instilled in all of our members through games, exercises and assessments. Drama would not only be thought by the students themselves, but once in a while, external instructors would be invited in to give our members more exposure to what it means to act on stage. Our members are a fun, creative and talented bunch with a passion for acting, writing and directing. Many came in without experience, but would leave with a rich amount of understanding of acting and the theatre.

HELLO GUYS! I hope you guys enjoyed STAGEARTS NIGHT '09! =D Anyway... I hope you guys have had a good rest cos now, it's time for.... DRAMA AUDITIONS for this year's ANNUAL PRODUCTION! Yeap, this year's drama production would be UNLIKE the rest. We're going to be trying new approaches on stage. And like every year, we promise that it would be a very ENRICHING, FUN and GREAT experience for everyone! Auditions would be held later this week - On Thursday OR Friday night for the year ones. You guys can choose either days to audition. Please inform me or ilham on which days you want to audtion BY TUESDAY 12 midnight or you won't be able to audition. NOTE: NO DRAMA SESSION THIS WEDNESDAY. THIS WEEK IS AUDITIONS WEEK! For my year TWOS, PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAILS REGARDING AUDITION DETAILS tomorrow. yea check tomorrow. Regards, Kaye =)
